Matthew Lawrence
Co-manager
Matthew Lawrence started LG2 Development in 2010 after the successful launching of its predecessor company in 2007. Matthew’s passion is design and real estate development. He is a registered architect with extensive involvement designing and managing commercial and residential projects across the United States, including Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, New Mexico, California, Nevada, Montana, North Dakota, Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, and North Carolina. Matthew maintains an unconditional commitment to his clients, tenants, and investors, assuring that they receive principal-level involvement in their projects. This commitment lasts from initial development phasing that extends into design, construction, final occupancy and through ongoing operations. Meeting schedules, budgets and design intents requires a skilled architect and manager. It is his practice to give the full development team the attention needed to meet the goals of LG2’s developments.
john michael hoty
Co-manager
John Michael joined LG2 Development LLC while operating Hoty Enterprises, Inc. since 1986. In 1987 he became Hoty Enterpriser’s Treasurer, overseeing the bookkeeping and financial duties of the company and its many subsidiaries. Over the course of the next several years through acquisitions and development Hoty Enterprises, Inc. became one of the largest marina operators in the country, owning and managing up to eight marinas and over 2,000 in-water slips and 250,000 square feet of boat storage. In 2000, John was appointed President of Hoty Enterprises, Inc. Today, John oversees LG2 Development LLC’s acquisitions and financing for the company’s real estate-based projects and assets.
